About the client

Welteco is a well-established company specializing in distributing high-performance equipment for concrete manufacturing. Representing leading European manufacturers, they have been in business for over 12 years.
As they expanded into the U.S. market, they needed a modern online presence that reflected their growth, credibility, and expertise.

Project goals

The primary goal of the project was to redesign Welteco’s outdated website to better align with their industry leadership and expansion. The new site needed to present their product offerings clearly, improve user experience, and establish trust with potential clients. Additionally, since the company was entering the U.S. market, a bilingual website in both Ukrainian and English was essential for reaching a broader audience.
Another key objective was to refine and restructure the content. The old website was cluttered with large blocks of text, making it difficult for visitors to quickly find relevant information. Simplifying and organizing the content was necessary to enhance readability and engagement.

Project challanges

One of the biggest challenges was the website’s navigation. The old structure was complicated and illogical, leading to a frustrating user experience. Visitors struggled to locate information, which negatively impacted potential business opportunities.
Simplifying and reorganizing the text while maintaining its value was a critical part of the project.

What was the (process)?

Research & Strategy

The project started with an in-depth analysis of Welteco’s existing website, identifying key pain points in navigation, design, and content structure. I also researched their industry, competitors, and target audience to develop a strategy that would align with their business goals and enhance user experience.

Moodboard & Concepts

To establish a clear visual direction, I created a moodboard with design inspirations, color schemes, typography, and layout concepts. This helped define a modern and professional aesthetic that reflects Welteco’s industrial expertise while ensuring clarity and usability.

Design

I started by designing a clean and structured homepage that highlights Welteco’s expertise and product offerings. Once the homepage was finalized, I created additional pages to showcase their equipment in a clear, user-friendly way. The goal was to make it easy for visitors to navigate and quickly find the information they need.

Website Development

After finalizing the design, I built the website to be fast, responsive, and easy to manage. Since Welteco was expanding into the U.S. market, I also implemented a bilingual feature to ensure accessibility for a wider audience.

Content & SEO

The old website was cluttered with long blocks of text, which I restructured into clear headings, short descriptions, and engaging messages. I also optimized the content for search engines, improving Welteco’s chances of ranking higher on Google and reaching more potential customers.

Testing & Launch

Before going live, I tested everything to make sure the website worked smoothly across different devices and browsers. After final tweaks and optimizations, the new site was successfully launched, giving Welteco a fresh, modern online presence that truly reflects their expertise and credibility.

( Results)

The redesigned website offers a modern, user-friendly experience with improved navigation and a professional design. The bilingual feature supports their U.S. market expansion, making it accessible to a broader audience.
SEO optimization and a scalable structure ensure better search rankings and future growth, helping Welteco strengthen its online presence and credibility.4o mini
